Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Return product must be in unused condition. When trying on skates, please do not mount them. You must contact us within 7 days and receive a return number before sending back any items. There COULD be a 25% restocking fee on return items as well as shipping fees. We reserve the right to decide whether this fee will be charged or not. If you are exchanging a product for a different size, you will be charged a fee to cover shipping and restocking.
